MNCM // LEGAL
PRIVACY POLICY.
Effective date: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MNCM ("MNCM", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use MNCM.ca, MNCM Studio, and related websites, accounts, creator tools, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will seek that consent as appropriate.
1. Scope and Privacy Contact
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by MNCM in connection with the Services. MNCM operates from Canada and is committed to handling personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.
Questions, privacy requests, complaints, or requests relating to your information may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, subscribing to a Service, configuring a creator profile, contacting MNCM, creating content, saving drafts, or otherwise interacting with MNCM Studio.
Depending on the features you use, this may include your email address, account identifiers, creator or display name, profile information, preferences, support communications, StreamKit inputs, generated content packs, saved drafts, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, and other content you choose to submit or store.
3. Account and Authentication Information
MNCM uses authentication systems to identify users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and control access to Studio features. Authentication-related information may include account identifiers, email addresses, session information, and security-related metadata.
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and should notify MNCM if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Creator Content and Studio Data
MNCM Studio may process and store information created or submitted through creator tools, including StreamKit requests, generated content, Content Library items, drafts, creator profile information, publishing selections, and related metadata.
This information is used to provide the creator workflows you request, such as generating, organizing, editing, saving, scheduling, and publishing supported content.
5. Connected Platforms
MNCM Studio may allow you to connect supported third-party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, and additional creator services introduced in the future.
When you connect a platform, we may receive information authorized by the permissions you grant, such as platform account identifiers, usernames, display names, profile or channel information, server or guild information, channel lists, live status, schedules, broadcasts, and other information required for the feature you selected.
MNCM does not receive your third-party platform password through the normal OAuth connection process.
6. OAuth Tokens and Connected Account Credentials
Supported integrations may provide MNCM with OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration information, granted scopes, or similar authorization credentials.
These credentials are used by MNCM's server-side systems to maintain the integration and perform supported actions that you request within the permissions granted to MNCM.
MNCM does not intentionally expose stored platform access or refresh tokens through the public website interface.
7. Twitch Data
If you connect Twitch, MNCM Studio may access authorized Twitch account and creator information necessary to provide supported features, such as identity, channel information, live status, and schedule information.
Future Twitch creator controls may require additional permissions. When required, you will be asked to authorize the relevant access before those features are used.
8. Google and YouTube User Data
When you connect YouTube, MNCM Studio uses Google OAuth and the YouTube APIs to access information and perform actions authorized by you.
Depending on the permissions granted and features selected, MNCM Studio may access YouTube channel identifiers, channel names, usernames or handles, channel information, live broadcast information, schedules, and other YouTube data necessary to provide the requested Studio functionality.
When you specifically request a supported publishing or management action, MNCM Studio may use your authorization to create, configure, schedule, bind, manage, or cancel YouTube live-stream resources on your behalf.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that are appropriate to the permissions granted and the actions you request. MNCM does not sell Google user data.
Google user data may be stored when reasonably necessary to maintain your connected account, provide requested Studio functionality, maintain security, or satisfy legitimate operational or legal requirements. OAuth credentials may be retained while the integration remains connected or as otherwise reasonably necessary for security, legal, or technical purposes.
MNCM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
9. Discord Data
When you connect Discord, MNCM Studio may receive authorized Discord identity and server-related information. Where supported and requested, Studio may also retrieve eligible channels and publish creator content to a channel you select.
Discord publishing actions are performed only through supported MNCM functionality and remain subject to Discord permissions and the permissions configured within the applicable server and channel.
10. TikTok Data
Where TikTok integration features are available and authorized, MNCM may process TikTok account information and other data permitted by the scopes and functionality approved for MNCM Studio.
TikTok functionality may depend on third-party review, approval, platform availability, and permissions granted by the user.
11. Artificial Intelligence and StreamKit
MNCM Studio may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted creator tools, including StreamKit and related content generation features.
Information you submit to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by MNCM and service providers used to generate the requested output. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.
Generated outputs may be saved to your MNCM Studio account when you choose to save or otherwise use those outputs within Studio.
12. Payments and Subscription Information
Paid MNCM services may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process purchases, subscriptions, billing, and payment-related events.
MNCM may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan information, billing status, and related information necessary to provide paid features. Payment card details submitted directly to a payment processor are handled by that processor in accordance with its own policies.
13. Technical, Usage, and Security Information
We may automatically process technical information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Services, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested resources, authentication events, error information, security events, and similar operational data.
We may use privacy-conscious analytics, diagnostics, or security tools to understand service reliability, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the Services.
14. How We Use Information
MNCM may use information to provide and maintain the Services; authenticate users; operate Studio accounts and creator profiles; generate and save creator content; provide connected-platform features; perform publishing or management actions requested by users; process subscriptions; provide support; maintain security; detect fraud or abuse; diagnose technical problems; comply with legal obligations; and develop or improve MNCM functionality.
We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without an appropriate legal basis, authorization, or notice where required.
15. Consent and Your Choices
Where applicable, MNCM relies on your consent to collect, use, or disclose personal information for reasonable purposes. Connecting an optional third-party platform is voluntary.
You may choose not to connect a platform or may disconnect an integration, although doing so may prevent the corresponding feature from functioning.
16. Service Providers and Data Sharing
MNCM may use service providers to operate parts of the Services, including providers supporting hosting and network infrastructure, authentication and databases, payments, artificial intelligence, email or communications, security, analytics, and connected-platform APIs.
Information may be disclosed to these providers when reasonably necessary for them to perform services for MNCM, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or lawful governmental request; to protect the security, rights, or safety of MNCM, our users, or others; or in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, acquisition, financing, or transfer, subject to applicable law.
17. No Sale of Personal Information
MNCM does not sell personal information or connected-platform user data for monetary consideration.
MNCM does not sell Google user data.
18. Processing and Service Providers Outside Canada
MNCM operates from Canada, but some service providers and connected platforms may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries where their infrastructure operates.
Information processed in another country may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, or governmental authorities in accordance with applicable law.
You may contact [email protected] for information about MNCM's policies and practices regarding service providers outside Canada.
19. Data Retention and Deletion
MNCM retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Services, maintain legitimate operational or security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, MNCM may delete, securely destroy, or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal, technical, backup, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.
Disconnecting a third-party integration may stop future access but may not automatically delete every record already required for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes.
20. Disconnecting and Revoking Platform Access
MNCM Studio may provide controls for disconnecting supported integrations. You may also be able to revoke MNCM's access through the applicable third-party platform.
Revoking or disconnecting access may cause connected features to stop working. Where technically and legally appropriate, MNCM will cease using revoked credentials for future connected-platform actions.
21. Access, Correction, and Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information MNCM holds about you or request correction of inaccurate information.
You may also contact MNCM regarding deletion, consent, connected-platform data, or other privacy questions. Certain information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. MNCM may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
22. Cookies and Local Storage
MNCM may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies when reasonably necessary for authentication, sessions, preferences, security, navigation, or operation of the Services.
Blocking required browser storage may prevent portions of MNCM Studio from functioning correctly.
23. Security
MNCM uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, accounts, credentials, integrations, and stored information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, modification, loss, or destruction.
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should use reasonable precautions to protect their accounts and connected services.
24. Privacy and Security Incidents
If MNCM becomes aware of a privacy or security incident, we may investigate, contain, remediate, document, and provide notifications to affected individuals or authorities where required by applicable law.
25. Children's Privacy
MNCM does not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. Certain Services, paid features, or connected platforms may also have their own age and eligibility requirements.
If you believe personal information relating to a child has been provided to MNCM improperly, contact [email protected].
26. Third-Party Websites and Services
MNCM may contain links to or integrations with independent third-party services. Their collection and handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. MNCM does not control the independent privacy practices of those services.
27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MNCM may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, our practices, third-party requirements, or applicable laws evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version takes effect. Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
